Take the 10,000 Step Challenge!

It is recognised by the British Heart Foundation that walking 10,000 steps a day will improve health and well being. However, it is estimated that on average, a person only walks between 3,000 – 4,000 steps a day! To help keep you motivated, the Walk Cardiff challenge has two virtual walks to take part in - the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and John O’Groats to Lands End.
